Shipping

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival at the final destination.

Framed Prints cannot be shipped. They must be collected from St. Luke’s Cross, Cork City. After the order is placed, you will be contacted to arrange collection

Prints are either packaged flat on a backing board in a plastic sleeve and posted within a corrugated cardboard envelope. Alternatively, they are rolled in acid-free rice paper and posted within a heavy-duty hard cardboard box.

Shipping in Ireland is carried out via An Post standard post. International orders are sent by An Post standard/tracked post. If you choose the tracking option at checkout, you will get a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.

If your order goes missing, please send an email to hello@peterotoole.ie and we will look into it.

Please note that:

• Peter O’Toole is not responsible for any additional levies / customs / import taxes incurred by you (the buyer).

• Peter O’Toole is not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses supplied by the customer.

Delivery Lead Times

• Ireland 5 working days

• UK 7 working days

• Europe 10 working days

• USA / Canada 10-15 working days

• Rest of World 15 working days

Please note the above lead times are guidelines only. If you need an order urgently, please email hello@peterotoole.ie with your desired delivery date and we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. In such cases, it is best to select the ‘Pickup’ option at checkout, providing you are able to collect from St. Luke’s Cross, Cork City. This avoids any extra delays.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date you placed the order. You can cancel your order by contacting us at hello@peterotoole.ie

If your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged for any postage costs.

If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns Policy (below) regarding shipping costs.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If the order was damaged during shipping, please send us an email to hello@peterotoole.ie and we will get right back to you with the next steps.

Prints, Calendars, Greeting Cards, Postcards and Tote Bags must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging no later than 14 days from the day of the decision to cancel. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfill these criteria. 

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns happen at your expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you).

In the event we find fault, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you.

In the event we do not find fault, we offer a replacement or a refund of the order. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on Framed Prints.
