Holy Trinity Church, also known as Father Mathew Memorial Church, is a Roman Catholic Gothic Revival church and friary situated on Fr. Mathew Quay, on the bank of the River Lee in Cork City. It holds a significant place in Cork's architectural heritage.

Belonging to the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin, Holy Trinity Church stands as the sole place of worship dedicated to Father Theobald Mathew in Cork City. The building, listed in the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage, is described as a "Regency Gothic-style church with Gothic-Revival portico." It stands as a testament to the skilful construction and eye-catching design that characterized the era.

Construction of Holy Trinity Church commenced in the early 1830s, but due to unfortunate circumstances, including the devastating Great Famine, progress stalled. Miraculously, it would only reach completion in 1890, coinciding with the centenary of Fr. Mathew's birth. This long-awaited achievement was celebrated not only by the faithful but also by the entire community of Cork City.
