The Castle Inn (Framed)

The Castle Inn has been in the Connolly family – now the O’Donovan family, since the 1930s, and dates back to at least the 1870s. Pretty much nothing has changed in this iconic bar over the years. Right inside the door is the original snug which was originally created for women and priests would you believe?! I like to go here for a quiet pint when I’m in town on a Saturday. Fantastic spot.
